How do I pay for my order?
•You may either submit your order through Emory Express or pay with credit card. If you have a firm in-hands date for your order, you are encouraged to pay with your credit card. Pinnacle Promotions, Inc. is not responsible for reimbursement from Emory University.

What if I have a custom order?
•Pinnacle Promotions, Inc. is happy to assist with any custom order. Please contact our office, and one of our dedicated Account Managers will assist you.

What if I do not see the product I want?
What if I need help selecting the right product for my needs?
•As the industry leader in creative ideas, we offer thousands of the newest and most unique items from the industry's top suppliers. If you need assistance finding the right item to suit your needs let us send you ideas through our revolutionary online IdeaKit™. Let us do the work for you!

Are any other imprint colors available?
•You are encouraged to select from the imprint colors provided; however, if another color is desired, please contact our office for assistance. You will receive an art proof, via email, for your approval before production begins. A PMS Match Charge may apply.

What is a PMS Match Charge?
•Some colors, such as Emory Blue (PMS280), require special ink preparation. This preparation is called PMS Matching. The PMS Match charge is for this extra service.

How do I select a logo(s)
•First select your logo category. The logos for that category will appear for your selection. After choosing your desired logo, please select your imprint location, imprint color, and imprint method (where applicable). After attaching the logo, you may proceed in the same manner to attach more logos.

What if I don't see my desired logo?
•If you do not see the logo you would like, your order will be a custom order. Please contact our office and we will assist you with that process.

What is a Run Charge?
•A Run Charge is the per piece fee to decorate the product with multiple colors and/or in multiple locations. The first color and location are included in the cost provided. A Run Charge is only calculated when two or more logos are selected.

How soon will production of my order begin?
•After receipt of your order, an Order Confirmation and Art Proof will be sent via email for your approval. Once approved, please sign and fax back to our office. Production will begin upon receipt of that signed approval. If your order was submitted to Emory Express, production will begin after receipt of the order from Emory Express.

When will my order ship?
•Estimated production times are listed in the product description. We offer our exclusive Rocket Ship Service™ for orders that must be produced sooner.

What is Rocket Ship Service™?
•Use our RocketShip 24-hr Express Service™ to purchase thousands of products that will ship next day, guaranteed. Look for the RocketShip 24-hr. Service™ checkbox to view ROCKETSHIP™ prices. When a product can be produced on this service, a field labeled "RocketShip 24-hr Service™", located on the product description page, may be selected to show the new product cost. Some items are available on FREE RocketShip 24-hr Service. In these cases, it will be stated as such in the product description. RocketShip 24-hr Service is only available for one color, one location decoration and excludes embroidery.
